For businesses that live on the phone

Stop losing customers you already paid for.

Someone calls your business and nobody picks up, so they call the next name on their list. I make that stop. Every call answered, every message replied to in under a minute, day or night — and nobody forgotten afterwards.

30 minutes, and I show you it working on a real call — you ring in yourself and watch the appointment land.

One Tuesday evening

Nobody there
  • 19:04 (512) ···-4471Missed

rang 6 times · no message left

  • 19:12 (512) ···-8830Missed

    called someone else at 19:13

  • 19:26 website formNo reply

    answered next morning, 11:41

  • 20:38 (512) ···-2019Missed

    rang out

Four customers in one evening. You paid to get every one of them.

An example — but pull up your own phone records for last week after 6pm.

01Where your customers go

They do not leave a message. They just call somebody else.

You are not losing work because a competitor is better than you. You are losing it because they were the one who picked up.

“Called three times. Nobody ever picked up.”
The sentence that ends up in your reviews. It never reads as they were busy. It reads as they did not care.

After you close

Someone needs you at eight on a Sunday evening. Your phone rings in an empty office. They are back on Google before they have put it down.

While you are busy

You are with a customer, on a job, in a meeting. The phone rings anyway. Nobody waits, and nobody leaves a message any more.

Weeks later

The person who called once, got nothing back, and was never chased. The old customer nobody has spoken to in a year. Both cost you money to find.

02What you get

Nobody who contacts your business gets lost. That is the whole thing.

You keep your phone number, your calendar and the way you already work. Nothing about your day changes, except that the phone stops being the thing you lose customers to.

Your phone is always answered

Evenings, weekends, holidays, three in the morning. Including the second call that comes in while you are still on the first one.

Messages get a reply in under a minute

Website forms, texts, enquiries. Not first thing tomorrow — right then, while the person still cares about the answer.

Nobody gets forgotten

Everyone who contacts you keeps hearing from you until they book or tell you no. Reminders before the appointment, and a nudge if they do not turn up.

Your old customer list gets worked again

The people who went quiet months ago and were never called back. You already paid to find them once. They should be earning.

And one screen that shows you it is working.

You should never have to take my word for any of this. Open it any morning and see exactly what came in and what happened to it.

This week

  • Calls answered
  • Answered straight away
  • Messages replied to in under a minute
  • Appointments booked
  • Old customers brought back
  • Missed appointments recovered
Empty on purpose. I am not going to show you somebody else’s numbers. These will be yours.

03What I promise

Two promises, both in writing.

Neither one leaves me any room to argue later. Each either happened by a date you can point at, or it did not and you get your money back.

Working in 14 days

Two weeks from the day we start, your phone is answered and nothing coming in gets missed. If it is not, everything you paid to get started comes straight back to you.

Old customers booked in 30 days

If going back through your old list does not put appointments in your calendar in the first month, the month after that is free.

Worth knowing what you are really comparing this to. A part-time receptionist costs two to three thousand a month, works forty hours, takes holidays, answers one call at a time, and eventually hands in their notice. This costs less than that, and it never goes home.

Said plainly, before you ask

What it costs

One payment to get started, then a flat monthly fee that is the same for every client. No haggling, no special deals. I will give you both numbers on our call — they are not hidden, a price just means nothing until I know what your week looks like.

No surprise bills

There are a couple of small monthly subscriptions this runs on, somewhere around $250–350. You pay those directly, at cost. I do not take a cut of them and I will happily show you the invoices.

What is yours

Your customers and your records are yours, always, and you can take them with you whenever you want. Nothing here is designed to trap you.

04Who this is for

If people find you and then ring you, this fits.

The trade does not really matter. What matters is whether somebody is always free to pick up, and in almost every business, somebody is not.

  • Injury and law firms
  • Plumbers, electricians, HVAC and roofers
  • Estate and property agents
  • Dental and medical clinics
  • Car sales and repair
  • Anyone with a phone number on their website

Who I am

I’m Muhammad Saad. I have spent years helping business owners answer one question: where is the money going, and how do we stop it going there.

It is almost never where people expect. Owners look at their prices, their ads, their competitors. Far more often it turns out somebody rang on a Thursday evening, nobody picked up, and that was the end of it. Which is a much easier problem to fix than the ones they were worrying about.

People I have worked with

He brought a sharp, supportive mindset to our team and was always a pleasure to work with. I’d happily work with him again.

05Straight answers

The questions everybody asks.

Who actually picks up the phone?

The first moments of a call are handled automatically. That is how it can be instant at nine on a Sunday night, and how two people ringing at the same time both get answered instead of one of them going to voicemail. Anyone worth your time is passed straight to you, with everything they have already said written down. You will hear exactly how it sounds long before a customer of yours does, you approve every word of it, and nothing goes live until you are happy.

I already have someone answering the phones.

Keep them. This covers the parts one person physically cannot: the evening and weekend calls, the second call that comes in while they are on the first, the message that arrives at midnight, and the fourth follow-up nobody has time to remember. Your person ends up spending their day on people who are actually ready to book.

Do I have to change how I work?

No. Same phone number, same calendar, same way of running your day. If something about your business is unusual, that gets handled at my end rather than becoming your problem.

What does it cost?

One payment to get started, then a flat monthly fee that is identical for every client, plus a couple of small subscriptions of roughly $250–350 a month that you pay directly at cost. You get the real numbers on the first call — you will not have to sit through three meetings to hear them.

How soon does anything actually happen?

Your phone is answered from day fourteen, or you get back everything you paid to start. Appointments from your old customer list usually begin landing in the first few weeks, and that is normally the point where the whole thing pays for itself.

What if I want to stop?

You can. Your customers and your records leave with you — they were always yours. There is nothing clever in the contract designed to make leaving painful, and you will have read all of it before you sign.

Before you book anything

Go and check your phone records for last week.

Look at the evenings, and any stretch where your team was already busy. Count what rang out. Add the messages that got answered the next morning. That number is what this conversation is about, and it is usually worse than people expect.

Then take 30 minutes with me. You will ring the number yourself, hear it answered, and watch the appointment appear. If it is not worth doing for your business, I will tell you so on the call.
